> Canonical English, machine-readable entry points for building independent 3D web Environments, portable Apps, and immutable Plugins. Human-facing HTML is Persian.

Executable bootstrap commands are intentionally unavailable: no schema-valid promoted Platform Release Set is deployed. Check https://developer.al-amr.com/.well-known/al-amr-authoring.json for the RFC 9457 blocking response. Do not infer a version from repository files, npm visibility, examples, or candidate evidence.
